What is a Combine360 Assessment The Combine360 assessment focuses on 3 primary elements of performance: athleticism, movement and character. Within each element is a battery of tests designed around sub disciplines of each element including athletic ability, functionality, sports specific skills, vision, mental aptitude, nutrition and character. The result is the most thorough and comprehensive evaluation system available.
C360 will measure overall athleticism and record sports-specific ability and mental aptitude, nutritional level, ability to communicate and a variety of other performance disciplines allowing athletes of all abilities from across the world to compare their scores. This creates an opportunity for athletes to challenge and motivate themselves as well as other athletes internationally through comparison of assessment results.

Elements of a Combine360 Score:
-
Athleticism: Nine all-encompassing tests engineered and designed to measure the most common athletic elements needed in nearly any sport when striving to reach peak performance: power, speed, strength, endurance and flexibility.
-
Movement: Athleticism is more than how fast and strong you are. These often overlooked elements measure your body’s interaction within itself, such as how your nervous system works with your muscles giving you the ability to create balance, hand-eye coordination, reaction and processing times as well as testing the key linear, directional and battle movements needed for success in each athlete’s chosen sport.
-
Character: An athlete’s attitude, mental toughness, ability to communicate effectively and how they fuel their mind and body before and after challenging their physical and mental limits are vital elements in maximizing overall performance during training and competition.
Why Measure with a Combine360 Assessment?
Proper evaluation is the starting point in a 360-degree approach to performance improvement. Combine360 Assessments provide the athlete and trainer with a benchmark to build from as they take the next step in their training regimen. All training should be goal-oriented and should compare each athlete to their own progress, not just other athletes, a critical element in driving toward shared success.
