Who is Combine360 training for?
Combine 360 is for athletes of all ages and fitness backgrounds.

What is Combine360 Training?
Combine training is a systematic approach to improving an athlete performance that was developed in collaboration between Under Armour, IMG Academies and some of the greatest leaders in the fitness industry today.  An open-architecture training system was developed to maximize an athlete’s performance, health and fitness potential.  Combine360 was designed to challenge an athlete’s strength, power, agility, and core endurance.

Combine Training gives you the edge through an intense, comprehensive system designed to ensure that your at your best, when your best is needed, whether you are a youth participant, high school, collegiate or pro athlete or a fitness enthusiast.

The Combine Training System provides a comprehensive, measurable and cohesive structure of protocols, techniques and workloads designed to raise performance output and results.

When and where is Combine360 training available?

Beginning in June 2011 we will begin conducting Combine360 workouts in NW Portland Saturday Mornings at 8:00 AM.

How much does it cost? 

$15 per training session or $50/4 sessions 

*100% of the class profits are donated to charity* 

How do I get involved?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it to participate in the class.  We will need all participants to fill out intake forms prior to participating in the class at Bridgetown PT.  Once you have completed the appropriate paperwork we will add you to the Combine360 E-mail list.  This will allow us to contact you if class times are changed or cancelled due to Oregon rain.  It will also allow us to keep you updated on new challenges and how to get more involved with the online world of Under Armour Combine360. 

Meet the Trainer: Josh Kernen 

Josh graduated with honors from Pacific University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT). He holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Linfield College. He continues to enhance his education with continued classes through the NSCA, APTA, and Combine360. He is a physical therapist in Oregon and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Josh has over nine years of experience in personal training and has had the opportunity to work with many professional and semi-professional athletes as well as local organizations such as the Multnomah Athletic Club, the Oregon Gymnastics Association, and the Chehlem Valley Dance Academy. Josh played Lacrosse for Linfield College and continues to train year around for running events. He is also an avid long distance runner. In the summers he participates in many marathons and triathlon.
