What does Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy mean and what conditions do we treat?

Pelvic floor physical therapy is the process of treating disorders related to the pelvic floor. Pelvic therapy includes exercises that can help relieve symptoms like pain and discomfort that can disrupt the quality of your life.

Pelvic Floor physical therapy is for women who are experiencing:

  • Pelvic Pain;
  • Urinary or Fecal Incontinence;
  • Sexual pain and dysfunction;
  • Pelvic Prolapse;
  • Pubic bone or SI pain;
  • Coccyx Pain;
  • Pre and Post-Partum conditions resulting from c-section or birth trauma;
  • Diastasis Recti;
  • We also treat orthopedic injuries related to caring for a newborn child and post-partum moms who are uncertain how to safely return to exercise.

Once post-partum, always post-partum – it is never too late to treat low back or pelvic pain that began after child birth.

We also offer different types of personal training.
